Genesis — Full Infrastructure

When one shop becomes a fleet, admin doesn't scale — it multiplies.

For larger operations that need Genesis hosted, secured, and run for them — not self-installed.

Hosted & operated for you · Security scoped to what you handle · A named point of contact
Genesis · Full Infrastructure Where it stands

What's proven

The Genesis engine — built and running inside a real distribution business today.

What we build with you

Hosted instance, vault, isolation, encryption & audit logging — scoped to your data, together.

What we won't claim

No certifications we haven't earned. No self-serve signup. Not "done" — a real build, in motion.

This is a bespoke build, sized to your business. Engagement · Scoping

Who this is for

Not every business needs this. Some do.

If a single owner running a single shop describes you, start with the self-hosted pilot — it's faster and simpler. Full Infrastructure is for a different situation.

Multiple locations or entities

More than one shop, branch, or legal entity — where a single install on a single box stops covering the whole business.

Higher data volume, more systems

More integrations, more edge cases, more volume than a single-workflow pilot was built to carry.

Real IT / security requirements

Someone on your team is going to ask where the data lives, who can see it, and how it's isolated — and needs a real answer, not a marketing page.

Want it hosted & managed

You'd rather it run on infrastructure we operate and maintain than stand up and patch your own box.

Two ways to run Genesis

Not better. Different — for a different situation.

Most businesses start with the self-hosted pilot. Full Infrastructure is for the ones that have outgrown it — bigger, more moving parts, more people who need to see across it.

Self-Hosted Pilot

  • Runs on your box, your AI key, your data.
  • Fast to start — days, not months.
  • Built around a single workflow first.
  • You (or your team) hold day-to-day operational responsibility.

Full Infrastructure

  • We host and operate the instance for you.
  • A deliberate engagement — scoped and built around your systems.
  • Built for scale — multiple workflows, multiple teams.
  • A security program built around what you actually handle.
Talk to us about your infrastructure

Neither one is the "upgrade." They fit different businesses. If you're not sure which is yours, that's exactly what the first call is for.

What's included

Built for your business, not shipped off a shelf.

There's no pre-existing "enterprise tier" to switch on. Every Full Infrastructure engagement is a real build — provisioned, secured, and onboarded around the business asking for it.

That means it takes longer than a self-hosted install. It also means the security work is scoped to what you actually handle, not a generic checkbox.

  • A dedicated hosted instance — not a shared black box. Provisioned for your business specifically.
  • A security program scoped to what you handle — vault, isolation, encryption, audit logging, built to your requirements, not handed over as a pre-existing badge.
  • A named point of contact — one person who knows your setup, not a ticket queue.
  • A real onboarding process — discovery, security scoping, then a phased rollout. Not a flip-the-switch signup.

How an engagement starts

Three stages before anything goes live.

01

Discovery

We learn your systems, your data volume, your teams, and what "hosted" actually needs to mean for a business your size.

02

Security scoping

The vault, isolation, encryption, and audit logging get built around what you actually handle — with your IT/security stakeholders in the room.

03

Phased rollout

Workflows come online in stages, starting with the lowest-risk work — so nothing goes live faster than trust is earned.

Honest limits

What we won't claim.

This is a deliberate engagement, not an instant deploy — and we'd rather tell you that up front than oversell it.

Won't claim a certification we haven't earned. No "SOC 2 Certified" badge until it's real — we'll tell you exactly where the security program stands.

Won't sell this as a live, self-serve signup. Full Infrastructure is scoped and built per client — there's no "click to deploy."

Won't invent client logos, uptime numbers, or case studies. This offering is new; the pilot is what's proven today.

Won't rush security to hit a launch date. The vault, isolation, and audit logging get built to your requirements — even if that takes longer than a demo.

"We scope security to what you handle. Together — not a badge we hand you on day one."

The Genesis engine is proven — it runs inside a real distribution business today. The hosted, multi-tenant layer for larger clients is being built now, deliberately, for the first Full Infrastructure engagements. If that timeline matters to you, say so on the call — we'll give you a straight answer.

Straight answers

The questions every IT or ops lead asks.

No dodging. If a real answer would scare you off, you deserve to hear it before the call, not after.

Is Full Infrastructure live today?

The Genesis engine is live and proven. The hosted infrastructure and per-client security program are being built now, for early Full Infrastructure clients — not a finished platform sitting on a shelf. We'll tell you exactly what's built and what's still in motion for your engagement.

Are you SOC 2 certified, or HIPAA / ISO compliant?

Not yet, and we won't claim a badge we haven't earned. What we do is scope a security program — vault, isolation, encryption, audit logging — to what you actually handle, and build toward the compliance runway your business needs. If a specific certification is a hard requirement for you, tell us on the call so we can be straight about timeline.

How is this priced?

There's no list price — a two-location shop and a multi-entity operation with a dozen systems aren't the same engagement. Pricing is scoped on the call, sized to your data volume, systems, and security requirements.

How is this different from the self-hosted pilot?

The pilot runs on your own box and AI key — you hold it, we install and tune it. Full Infrastructure means we host and operate the instance ourselves, on infrastructure and a security program built around your requirements. It's a bigger, more deliberate engagement, for a bigger, more complex operation. See the self-hosted pilot for the faster path.

Still have a question? Bring it to the call — that's what it's for. Talk to us.

Let's talk about your infrastructure.

Full Infrastructure engagements start as a conversation, not a checkout. Tell us where you're at and we'll follow up to scope it properly.

What happens after you reach out

  • We review what you send — company size, systems, and what "hosted" needs to mean for you.
  • We follow up to scope a real call — no auto-generated proposal, no hard sell.
  • If it's not a fit, we'll say so — and point you to the self-hosted pilot instead.

No cost, no obligation to reach out. This isn't a signup form — it's how a real engagement starts.

We reply to scope a conversation — not to send you a contract.
